I have moved house and would like my tickets sent to my new address. How can I update this?

You can update your postal address via your Team All Blacks account at https://team.allblacks.com. Log in and select the Address tab. Tickets will be sent out in May to this address.
Tickets for all other matches will be available to the general public from noon 28 October 2016.

When can I buy tickets?

To ensure that rugby fans are given fair opportunity to purchase Test match tickets, a ballot system will be implemented for the New Zealand Lions Series 2017 Test matches. Ballot applications will open at noon 5 September 2016 and close at 5pm on 1 November 2016, with successful applicants notified in mid-November.
Tickets for all other matches will be available to the general public from noon 28 October 2016.

How much do tickets cost?
Tickets to the New Zealand Lions Series 2017 are priced to ensure all fans can experience the series. Tickets prices vary between matches and venues.

What price categories will be available?

While each match venue is different, there will generally be four (4) main price categories, A, B, C, D or where applicable a General Admission category will also be available. Category A will generally be located along the sidelines of the venue. Category B seats are generally either side of Category A seats and/or closer to the field of play. Category C and Category D seats will be behind the goals where possible.

Will there be child tickets and concessions?

Tickets for child between three and 16 years of age, at 1 June 2017 are available for all non-Test matches during the New Zealand Lions Series 2017. Child ticket prices vary for the opening match, Super Rugby matches and the Maori All Blacks match, priced from $10, $29 and $39 respectively. Child aged two and under at 1 June 2017 will be admitted free provided they do not occupy a seat.

Unfortunately, concession prices are not available for the series.

Are there limits on the number of tickets I can buy?

To ensure as many fans as possible can experience the New Zealand Lions Series 2017 there is a strict four (4) ticket limit per customer for all Test Matches and an eight (8) ticket limit for all other Series Matches.

How can I purchase tickets for wheelchair spaces?

The New Zealand Lions Series 2017 will offer wheelchair accessible and companion seating options at all venues.

Can I purchase tickets over the phone or at an agency?

Yes, from 28 October 2016, tickets will be available for purchase via contact centres or agencies. However, purchasing tickets online is the easiest and quickest way to secure your tickets to the New Zealand Lions Series 2017.

How can I purchase tickets to the Test Matches?

Tickets to the three (3) Test Matches will be sold through a ballot system. Fans can apply at www.nzlionseries17.com for the Test Match Ticket Ballot from noon 5 September 2016 to 5pm 1 November 2016. Successful applicants will be notified in mid-November with instructions on how to purchase Test Match Tickets.

Will I need to provide credit card details for the Test Match Ticket Ballot?

No. Fans who apply for the Test Match Ticket Ballot will not need to submit a credit card. Successful applicants will be able to purchase online or over the phone or at an agency if they are unable to purchase online.

New Zealand Rugby would like as many New Zealand fans to enjoy the Test Matches. Therefore, the Test Match Ticket Ballots are only open to those living in New Zealand. Applicant details will be checked to ensure validity.

I am a Westpac Stadium member; do I have to apply for Test tickets?

Westpac Stadium Members will receive a ticket to the 2nd Test match played at Westpac Stadium. You will receive communication from the team at Westpac Stadium regarding the process for obtaining tickets.


I am an Eden Park Trust Member; do I have to apply for Test tickets?

Eden Park Trust Members will receive a ticket to the 1st and 3rd Test matches played at Eden Park. You will receive communication from the team at Eden Park regarding the process for obtaining tickets.


I am a Wellington Rugby Football Union member; do I have to apply for Test tickets?

Wellington Rugby Football Union members will receive an opportunity to purchase a ticket to the 2nd Test match played at Westpac Stadium. You will receive communication from the team at Wellington Rugby Football Union regarding the process for purchasing tickets


I am an Auckland Rugby Union member; do I have to apply for Test tickets?

Auckland Rugby Union members will receive an opportunity to purchase a ticket to the 1st and 3rd Test matches played at Eden Park. You will receive communication from the team at Auckland Rugby Union regarding the process for purchasing tickets


I am a season ticket holder of an Super Rugby team; do I have a priority period?

Yes. New Zealand Rugby recognises the contribution of season ticket holders of Super Rugby teams to rugby. As such, season ticket holders will receive a Priority purchase window before any other group. Super Rugby season ticket holders will receive communications from their team advising of the timings and process for purchasing non-Test match tickets.


Will I be able to purchase my own seat?

The New Zealand Lions Series 2017 is unlike any other Series. As such, demand for seats will be greater than Investec Super Rugby matches and All Blacks Test matches. New Zealand Rugby will work to ensure as many members as possible will have the option to sit in the seat they normally use for Super Rugby if they choose.

Can I purchase tickets from overseas?

Yes. Fans who are based outside of the UK and the European Union will be able to purchase tickets to non-Test series matches from www.nzlionsseries.com/tickets. What currency will I be charged if outside of New Zealand?

All tickets purchased for the New Zealand Lions Series 2017 are in New Zealand Dollars including GST at the current rate.

What other fees are applicable?

For this event, a one-off delivery charge may apply depending on the payment method used per transaction on all purchases. The actual delivery charge may vary depending on the venue and method of delivery selected, or where you add other items to your basket.

A payment processing fee will apply to all purchases made by credit or debit card and is not included in the price. A payment processing fee does not apply for purchases made through Team All Blacks agents or outlets when using cash. A 1 cent variation may occur on your price per ticket/item due to rounding.

All ticket prices include GST at the current rate and are quoted in New Zealand Dollars.

Why do I have to pay a delivery charge?

The delivery fee cover the various expenses associated with taking, processing and fulfilling your order, plus costs associated with ticket delivery. The delivery charges are only applied per transaction, not per ticket.

When will I know where I am sitting?

Upon purchasing your tickets to the New Zealand Lions Series 2017 you will be allocated a seat. A map of the stadium will also be available during the purchase process to assist with your purchase. Please note, there are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges once a purchase has been made.

What items are prohibited?

Please refer to the New Zealand Lions Series 2017 Ticketing Terms and Conditions for details on prohibited items. Each match will also be subject to venue regulations outlining items that cannot be taken into a venue. These can be found on the venue websites and should be viewed by all fans before attending any given match.
